Return Policy:
Returns only valid with confirmed RMA number. Item must be returned at buyers cost. Customer subject to restocking fee of 10% the original cost of the item if the item is deemed unsellable as new. Product may only be returned within 30 days of original purchase. Items that were refused upon delivery will NOT be refunded. Installed control packs, spas and circuit boards are final sale and cannot be returned.
Referral Policy:
Referred friend must purchase a new spa for the gift cards to be Distributed. One gift card will go to the referrer and one will go to the referee.
